Driving business growth earns national recognition

Business Marketing Association Recognizes Inprela with Two 2016 B2 Awards

MINNEAPOLIS — May 11, 2016 — Inprela has been awarded two 2016 B2 Awards by the Business Marketing Association (BMA) for its work with Stratasys Direct Manufacturing (SDM), a global leader in 3D printing. The firm took home top honors in both categories it entered: Service PR Program and Proprietary Company Event.

The coveted B2 Awards recognize B2B marketers for excellence in strategy, branding, marketing campaigns and more. A record 262 companies competed for the awards, which were judged on the basis of creativity and how well the marketing program drove business growth.

“We’re proud to have received two awards from the country’s most prestigious B2B marketing association because it speaks volumes about the impact of our work,” said Stephani Simon, president of Inprela. “Together with the Stratasys Direct Manufacturing marketing team, we’ve proven PR can play a critical role in generating leads and facilitating business growth.”

Inprela’s PR program for Stratasys Direct Manufacturing generated the second-most leads for the company in 2015. The program centered on a groundbreaking industry report, “3D Printing’s Imminent Impact on Manufacturing,” based on a survey of more than 700 professional users of 3D printing. Report findings were unveiled at an invite-only media summit in Austin, TX, which generated 24 press articles.

“Inprela pushes our marketing efforts to the next level. The industry report and media summit generated an incredible amount of media attention for Stratasys Direct Manufacturing and helped support our business goals,” said Hilary Baril, content marketing manager, Stratasys Direct Manufacturing.

This isn’t the first time Inprela’s work with Stratasys Direct Manufacturing has earned accolades. In 2014, the firm received a B2 Award as well as a Minnesota Public Relations Society of America Classics Award for PR program excellence.
